These are some sites we saw today around the hotel in Nanning. We walked down the street to the Peoples Park. It's a beautiful park with a lake, paved walkways, paddle boats, children's rides, and vendors. It was a nice quiet walk. We passed a lot a local shops along the street. Brice bought a pen and a pad to keep his travel notes in.
We ate lunch in the food court next door to the hotel. The food was good and quite inexpensive. The three of us had lunch for less than $10. Brice had a plate of spaghetti and we had sweet and sour spare ribs.
We are back in the room now getting ready to meet Roger, our guide, and go get Brinley!
