I don't know anyone who couldn't post to their blogger/blogspot blog from China so never fear. Just go to www.blogger.com and log in and you'll see your 'desktop' with all of your previous posts, etc. From there, you can post something new and publish it and everyone will see it even if you're not able to actually see your blog itself. This is what we encountered in Beijing but in Guangzhou, just about nothing was blocked. We could get to our blog and everyone elses. We could also get to MSN groups and Yahoo groups. I'm not sure, but I think AOL was a problem though. Anyway, bottom line is that Blogspot blogs are fine. Some say they can even post now from Beijing.
Just to be safe, we played around with Flickr and figured out how to post from email. We never needed to resort to that though.
