Baby Bailey

Today my dear friend LeeAnn blessed us with another photo of sweet Bailey. LeeAnn is the foster care coordinator for the Guilin, SWI through Grace & Hope . LeeAnn visited the SWI in May, 2005 and today as she was going through some of her pictures from this trip she found one of our little Bailey Shay. She was 13 months old when LeeAnn snapped this photo of her.

Another little piece of her life preserved for us on film. We treasure each and every little snippet of her history that we can find. God has been so gracious in supplying us with photos and news about her and how she is doing. LeeAnn will be visiting the SWI again very soon when she travels to China to bring home their son Ryan. This time LeeAnn can whisper to this beautiful little girl that she has a mommy and daddy and brothers and sisters who love her very much and will be so happy to finally bring her home.

Thank you, LeeAnn!!! Your friendship is such a blessing!!!

Look at our baby!!!

She has grown soooo much and she just looks so sweet and sassy! Thank you so very much to the family we received this photo from. We are so blessed!

Brinley had on a pair of shoes EXACTLY like the ones Bailey is wearing when we received her in December, 2005. Could this be considered a red thread??? :)

MARY IS COMING HOME!!!!!!!!!

My friend Tami just emailed to let me know that she has TA!!!!!!!!! Her beautiful daughter Mary is coming home!!! They have waited so long to bring this little sweetie home and weren't sure if there would be a longer wait because of the new form now required by China.....but they made it through and won't have to wait another 6-7 weeks! This is Mary holding Bailey's hand at the SWI in August.

No School.......Time For Fun

Marty took Brice, Keith and Keith's friend Nick on an adventure day!

First they hiked Congaree Bluffs.

Then they went over "across the creek" and rode motorcylces and 4-wheelers for a couple of hours.

They are TIRED tonight!!! I think they all had a great day!
