I LOVE MY MEI MEI!

I kinda spilled some water on my shirt when I was drinking out of a 'big girl' cup without a lid. I am very proud of myself. I only spilled half of it. :)





I call my favorite doll "Mei Mei". I just love, love, love my baby! I don't let her wear clothes very often and I throw her around a lot but I really love her! She is my favorite toy......is she a toy? I talk to her a lot......maybe she is real and I'm the only one who understands her!

Surgery Postponed

Brinley's surgery date has been postponed. The doctor wants to put a dental appliance in the roof of her mouth for two months before he does the surgery. It will have a screw in it that we will have to turn. I can't recall the particular name of the appliance but it is to improve her dental arch. We should find out today when we will be going to the ortho. for this procedure. I'll keep you posted!

Brice's Bday Dinner

Brice had his family bday dinner at Granny Mae & Boss' house. His requested dinner was fried chicken legs, macaroni and cranberry sauce. Granny Mae added a few other dishes to round out the yummy meal for the birthday boy!

Josh & Boss took over the chicken cooking when Granny Mae went inside to see to some other food.

Brinley "patiently" waited for the food to be served.Finally........time to eat!!! Everyone knows Jie Jie has to have her Ranch dressing for the green beans!The birthday boy finally gets his chicken!

Brice LOVES cheesecake squares from Sam's. Soooooo, Granny Mae served up his extra special birthday cake!

Ahhhhh, yes! This is more like it! He was probably worried that he'd have to share his cheesecake with the rest of us!

Daddy feeds Brinley. Brinley feeds Daddy.Some play time on the swing set with Granny Mae.

Brice is now officially 8 years old!

Wow! That is really hard to believe!!!

We had a little cookout tonight at our house. He usually has a big bday party with all of his friends and it is usually FREEZING COLD & RAINING!!! Of course, this year, when we didn't plan a big party, it was almost 80 degrees. Oh well! He wanted to wait and have his bday party later in the year so that his friends can come over and swim and play so that is the plan.

Surgery Scheduled

Palate surgery has been scheduled for February 7. Please keep Brinley in your prayers. She did great at the doctor's office after she got used to the doctor. She fell asleep when he left the room for a few minutes.
